Simply ask the Father in Jesus name to baptize you in the Holy Spirit and receive it by faith.
Luke 11:13
If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
Father in the name of Jesus I want all that you have for me. I want the fullness of the Holy Spirit with all the giftings of the Spirit working in my life. So I humble myself before you now and I ask you according to your word, baptize me in the Holy Spirit now. I surrender myself to flow in the gifts that the Holy Spirit will flow through me. I surrender my tongue so the Holy Spirit can give me utterance so He can speak through me. I receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit by faith, it is mine and I now have it. Now just begin to praise God and let the words that come up inside you flow out of your mouth. You have to do the speaking the Holy Spirit will give you the words. Continue this process and grow in this precious gift from God.
